fee offered for standard incorporation. Handling of more complex matters is
offered on an hourly basis at $250.00 per hour.
2. Draft, review, and/or edit Employee Handbooks, Personnel Policies, and
labor law compliance.
3. Draft, review and/or edit contracts, leases, agreements, government
contracts and proposals.
4. Negotiation of contracts, including commercial and government contracts.
