1. Incorporation and business set-up. Flat fee offered for standard incorporation. Handling of more complex matters is offered on an hourly basis at $280.00 per hour. 

2. Draft, review, and/or edit Employee Handbooks, Personnel Policies, and labor law compliance. 

3. Draft, review and/or edit contracts, leases, agreements, government contracts and proposals. 

4. Negotiation of contracts, including commercial and government contracts. 

Ms. Solomon has a comprehensive business and corporate background and has over 10 years of experience in handling complex corporate contract issues. 

Ms. Solomon offers business legal services including:

• Resolution of employee disputes and claims.
  

• Drafting and/or negotiating of contracts, nondisclosure agreements, leases, employee contracts and other business documents.
  

• Drafting, reviewing and/or editing Employee Handbooks and policies.

 Ms. Solomon's hourly rates are highly competitive, and flat fees are available for some types of corporate and business work.
